A 6 x 4 m pool protected by an alarm, shaded terrace with awning, ''aperitif terrace,'' Ping Pong, Darts, and ''coffee terrace,'' entrance, independent equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, an office/game room, 2 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. (Bedroom 1: 160 cm x 200 cm bed, bedroom 2: two 90 cm x 190 cm beds)
On the upper floor with separate outdoor access:
Entrance, 1 master bedroom - 160 x 200 cm bed - with its own bathroom.
Security deposit of 2 months' rent / The number of occupants must not exceed sleeping capacity. Out of respect for the neighborhood, parties, loud noise, and DJ nights are prohibited. Pets are not allowed (except small ones), as well as subletting.
Booking conditions:
- Seasonal rentals: 30% upon booking and the balance 15 days before arrival.
If the date is too close or last minute, the balance will be due upon booking.
- Long-term rentals: advance payment required.
Final cleaning is mandatory, price EUR 100.
Prices include:
Garden and pool maintenance, Internet box except for abnormal usage

Sheets and towels, cleaning during the stay, electricity and water consumption
