Availability dates:
Security deposit of 2 months' rent / The number of occupants must not exceed the sleeping capacity; out of respect for the neighbors, parties and other nighttime noise or DJ evenings are prohibited. Pets are not allowed (except small ones).
Booking conditions:
- Seasonal rentals: 30% upon booking and the balance 15 days before arrival.
If the date is too close or a last-minute booking, the full balance will be due at booking.
- Long-term rentals: advance payment required.
Final cleaning is mandatory, price EUR 100.
The prices include:
Garden and pool maintenance, internet box except for abnormal consumption

Bed linen and towels, cleaning during the stay, electricity and water consumption
