For Sale is an Ecological area with 350 hectares, consisting mainly of Native Forests of the Atlantic Forest biome. It is part of the city of São Francisco de Paula/RS, 9 km distant from the city center and 40 km distant from the city of Gramado, the main tourist city in the so-called Serra Gaucha. It is located 100 km from the capital Porto Alegre, and100 km from the Brazilian coast. The property is rich in water, containing several springs, 2 large waterfalls, and is bordered by 2.5 km of a river with waters that have their origin in the mountains. For example, the conditions are ideal for growing trout. The property has great natural beauty, also ideal for the exploration as a touristic venture. The land available for planting has great fertility, being a region where there is good rainfall, around 2000mm per year. The climate is warm and temperate, ranging between 0° in winter and 30° in summer, with an average of 16-20° per year. Currently there is no infrastructure (buildings) on the property, however it has access to electricity.
