Villa BIANCA is a superb design property with 4 bedrooms, with clean lines, located in the district of Corossol not far from the beach. The large bay windows that surround it offer an absolutely breathtaking panorama of the Caribbean Sea from all sides, one of the most fascinating views that the island of Saint- Barth to offer. Simple and soothing, the BIANCA holiday home is modern, warm and very comfortable. Recently built on three levels, the villa consists of two buildings connected to each other on the main level by a covered outdoor space, hosting a living room and a dining room, fully open to the sunny terraces and the heated infinity pool. One of the buildings includes the air-conditioned living room with comfortable white sofas and a media area, as well as the first two bedrooms. The second houses the elegant and top-of-the-range kitchen with a long island and a bar, as well as the last two bedrooms. The master bedroom and the second of the bedrooms are located upstairs, the third is on the main level and the fourth bedroom is on the ground floor. They are all air-conditioned with breathtaking views of the ocean. Each of the bedrooms is equal in size and all have king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms with rain showers and other luxury fittings and amenities. However, the fourth bedroom has an indoor and outdoor shower. The BIANCA rental villa has an air-conditioned fitness room with, among other things, treadmill, ellipticals, weight training machine. The little extra of villa BIANCA: located just upstream of the superb villa JUNE, the two houses can be rented together for a total of ten bedrooms. Villa BIANCA is luxurious and comfortable. It is ideal for a large family or a group of friends coming on vacation together on the island to spend an unforgettable stay in St-Barths. We are delighted to offer you VILLA BIANCA and we remain at your entire disposal to offer you the exclusive services of Bucket List Villa, and to assist you in organizing your stay on the island of St Barts. Rates are weekly, in US dollars ($). The local tourist tax (5%) is not included. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required, shorter stays on request. All bookings including Christmas and New Years Day will be considered to be in the holiday season with a minimum stay of 14 nights. Rates are subject to change without notice.
