The XANADU rental villa is a very beautiful 4 bedroom villa, located in the heart of the St Jean district, with a breathtaking view of the bay and the famous Eden Rock St. Barth from the Oetker collection. Villa XANADU, which consists of three bungalows, has been recently redone to offer modern amenities combined with traditional Caribbean style. The first bungalow opens onto the swimming pool and its large terrace and houses the equipped kitchen and the dining room. In the second bungalow, also open to the swimming pool, is the living room with its large and comfortable sofas as well as three bedrooms and their adjacent bathroom. The last bungalow is occupied by the fourth bedroom and the library and multimedia lounge. The terrace is the ideal place to enjoy relaxing days around the swimming pool. This charming villa available for rent, offers comfort and calm to its occupants and is very popular with families on vacation in St Barth. We are delighted to offer you VILLA XANADU and we remain at your entire disposal to offer you the exclusive services of Bucket List Villa, and to assist you in organizing your stay on the island of St Barts. Rates are weekly, in US dollars ($). The local tourist tax (5%) is not included. A minimum stay of 7 nights is required, shorter stays on request. All bookings including Christmas and New Years Day will be considered to be in the holiday season with a minimum stay of 14 nights. Rates are subject to change without notice.
