The Fervenca Palace is located on the bank of the Douro River. The rehabilitation project encompasses two autonomous buildings, the renovated Palace and a new structure, separated by a magnificent private internal garden. The Promoter will provide an option of guaranteed income through integrated management: furniture, condominium, electricity, water, insurance, licenses and maintenance. All these expenses will always be the responsibility of the management company and it will still have to provide a guaranteed return of 3% per year through a 5-year lease. The apartments have the possibility of having a fixed return associated and can be sold fully decorated and furnished. Construction work started in May and is expected to be completed in early 2023.
