This wonderful home is located in the middle of nature, with immense privacy and very close to the center of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres town.~ It is an individual house of 400m2 on a 4,000m2 plot. One of the preciousnesses of the house is its soil, it is from Toba de la Bisbal (Empordà) that is no longer manufactured today. The heating is electric by underfloor heating and the hot water works with diesel.~ ~ SANT ANDREU DE LLAVANERES~ ~ This beautiful town is located 35 kilometers from Barcelona. One of its great attractions is the mild climate that it offers all year round due to its proximity to the Mediterranean Sea and the covering of the mountains with a characteristic landscape of the region formed by abundant pines, oaks and holm oaks. The Mediterranean climate, the communications, the natural environment and the luxurious facilities such as the golf course, make it one of the most sought-after towns today.
