Description

- Multiuse Pavilion, 6,000 m2;
- Trade Center, 5,000 m2;
- Hotel 1, implantation 23,330 m2, total area 35,000 m2;
- Hotel 2, implantation 13,334 m2, total area 20,000 m2;
- Aparthotel, implantation 14,660 m2, total area 22,000 m2;
- Housing area with houses, implantation 31,500 m2, total area 63,000 m2;
- Residential area with apartments, 32,625 m2, total area 65,250 m2;
