New Entry! Excellent practically flat land, in Olhos de Agua, 4 minutes from the village of Palmela and faces 3 roads, is a rustic land, with constructive capacity, with 68,866 m2, facing the west with the EN 379-2.

It presents a trapezoidal form with the largest dimension, about 370 m of northwest orientation, and the smallest dimension about 200 m with a southwest orientation, is located between 4 localities, Moita, Palmela, Pinhal Novo and Quinta do Anjo.

Its location is enhanced by the neighbouring localities, since they are areas of reasonable access and endorsed with services, commerce and transport.



The land has a reduced relief, characteristic of the entire peneplanicie where the Municipality of Palmela is included.



In effect, in an extension of about 370 m, the variation of the lowest quota 56.00 to the highest 63.50 is 7.50 m, i.e. a very reduced slope of 2%, with northwest orientation.

The land was included in the Study of Detail promoted by the municipality with the objective of regularizing that urban area, which never yet came to be published.



Pip was presented in February 2020 to the Camara Municipal de Palmela.



The proposal presented, which is under consideration by the Chamber, considers a density that appears appropriate to the place and market in question.



In this context, the option was to continue and integrate the new urban structure in the characteristics of the surroundings by opting for a 'disdain' in relation to the parameters provided for by the MIP applicable to the property.



Thus, 82 plots are delimited for single-family homes, with areas ranging from a minimum of 360 m2 to a maximum of

888 m2 supported in a road structure - squeearing and pedestrian/cycling.
