In the center of the Marche Region, in the heart of Italy, Casale Torre stands in a hilly and panoramic position in the countryside of the province of Ancona. It is a splendid farmhouse completely renovated in 2021, used as an accommodation facility for Luxury stays.
Casale Torre enjoys a 360 ° panoramic view over the rolling hills of the Marche, reaching as far as the Sibillini Mountains and the Gran Sasso.
Casale Torre is the result of a long and very careful renovation that lasted 4 years and has just been completed. The project was carried out and the work carried out by two famous Swiss architects Markus Wespi and Jerome de Meuron who were able to combine history, tradition and the highest Made in Italy design.
The building, dating back to the mid-eighteenth century and in a typical Marche style, has been expertly restored to preserve its salient features intact. The charm of the ancient structure is intertwined with a modern style giving life to an elegant and refined mix. The external walls of the property have been restored to their original beauty, the interior is characterized by terracotta floors and rough plaster and the great height and the numerous windows have been exploited to create magnificent plays of light and to play with volumes and the out of square, creating unique and particular spaces.
Casale Torre is made up of three different parts: the main villa with 12 beds, the annex with two beds and living room with kitchenette or cinema room, another annex with outdoor dining room and barbecue.
The main building consists of 12 beds, a large kitchen, a living room with fireplace, a dining room, an entertainment lounge, a wine bar, a yoga-gym room.
The land surrounding the property includes a relaxation area, a solarium and a 4 X 24 m swimming pool with services and changing rooms.
The technological equipment is of the latest generation, heat pump and underfloor heating and air conditioning in all rooms.
Easily accessible via the municipal road network and not far from the 5km services, Casale Torre grants quick access to the most famous centers of the Marche: Jesi, birthplace of Frederick II, the wine area of Vallesina with its "Verdicchio DOC", the Conero Park , Ascoli Piceno with the “Quintana”, the Sferisterio of Macerata.
The sea is also very close, considering that we are in the center between the beaches of Senigallia and the beaches at the foot of Mount Conero with Portonovo, Sirolo and Numana which are 40km away.
