The hotel is located in Evoia island, one and a half hour from Athens center and the Athens International Airport and can be reached through the main Athens – Lamia highway. Facing a sandy beach, and only 3km from the nearest village, the resort offers a great accommodation experience. The area has a great interest for investors lately, since at least 4 hotels have been sold to foreign groups.
The seven floor building combines a total of 220 double, triple and family rooms, 70% of which with sea view. The project also includes a second building with 30 more rooms for staff hospitality. The main building of 220 rooms fully renovated in 2018 and on the other hand the staff building of 30 extra rooms requires capex. The hotel’s equipment is in excellent condition. The plot of the hotel area includes tennis and a basketball court, a small theater and parking. There are also a main restaurant inside the building a two more bars, one by the pool and one on the beach.
