The TALÌA PLACE residential complex is inspired by the principles of eco-sustainability; therefore, the entire architecture is designed to guarantee high energy savings and maximum pollution reduction. Each housing unit will be placed in class A3 with regards to energy efficiency. Thanks to a team of expert designers, materials, technical solutions and types of systems were chosen to create super comfortable environments both in the summer and winter seasons.
