In fact, the use of renewable energies has as its objective not only the construction of low energy consumption and super-comfortable housing units, but above all the protection of human health and the surrounding environment. Comfort and identity: Each housing unit in the TALÌA PLACE complex has been designed to achieve the highest levels of structural and environmental comfort. Our team of planners and architects will guide the customer in choosing the most exclusive materials and in furnishing their home, to identify their home as a "unique piece", making each room the 'mirror' of every sought-after need. Value and duration of the investment: The TALÌA PLACE project is the result of a research and development process, which will be oriented towards the choice of cutting-edge solutions for the quality of the architectural project, for the selection of exclusive materials and finishes, for the management of the various phases of construction. Direct access from the beach: TALÌA PLACE will be built on viale Alcione 142, close to Piazza Adriatico (Lido Asterope area), famous for being the most exclusive area of Francavilla. The strategic position of each individual housing unit with direct access to the beach will guarantee its assets over time, making them acquire more and more added value. Casa Gas Free: The TALÌA PLACE residential complex differs from the market for having designed housing units that do not use gas and other types of fossil fuels. Energy efficiency class A3: The TALÌA PLACE residential complex is inspired by the principles of eco-sustainability; therefore, the entire architecture is designed to ensure high energy savings and maximum reduction of pollution. Each housing unit will be placed in class A3 as regards energy efficiency. Thanks to a team of expert designers, in fact, materials, technical solutions and types of systems have been chosen such as to create super comfortable environments both in the summer and in the winter season. Innovative plant engineering: Home automation system for total control of all electrical/electronic devices in one's home, so as to be able to manage safety and consumption even remotely; climate-controlled air-room recirculation system, renewed using the external air, perfectly integrated with the ceiling from an architectural point of view, therefore with invisible ducting, i.e. absence of interstitial condensation, which causes mould, and air quality thanks to continuous recirculation; radiant floor heating system with independent heat pump for winter air conditioning and the production of domestic hot water with storage boiler; recessed fan heaters in false ceilings with wall vents for summer conditioning; remote control.
