Villa with a 5-bedroom in the south of Ibiza close to Cala Jondal and about a 10/15 minute drive to Playa den Bossa and a 15/20 minute drive to Ibiza Town.
The villa is set back from a small road and has a gated entrance and large wall, so the villa is very private. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. The upper level has a mezzanine floor which looks over to the main living area on the ground floor…Therefore we so not recommend this villa for families with toddlers. Two bedrooms have an En-suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms on the first floor also have access to the balcony which wraps around half of the villa. All five bedrooms have air-conditioning.
Outside the pool measures 9m x 5m and there are loungers, parasols, BBQ and all the things you would expect from a quality villa in Ibiza. To the back of the villa is a small valley lined with pine trees which means no one is overlooking you, and you do get a real feel of peace & tranquillity.
