Description
Cutthroat Creek is located just six miles to the north and east of Driggs, Idaho. The development is bordered by South Leigh Creek, which contains one of the largest populations of Yellowstone cutthroat trout in the upper Teton River Basin and affords powerful and up-close views of the entire Teton Range. There are twenty-four individual lots averaging just under ten acres in size within the entire two hundred and forty acres, which is primarily open space with private stream access for fishing and a trail network throughout the development. Lot 11, consisting of 62.5 acres, is the final remaining lot in Cutthroat Creek.
