DESCRIPTION OF THE MAIN HOUSE The original estate had a consolidated and well-preserved architectural complex that we call "La Casa Nueva del Enebrillo Bajo", a historical complex, inventoried and of high patrimonial value and that we now call House 1. Its Vernacular and historicist architecture is full of popular details such as eaves, ornamental bars, sculptures, towers, bell towers, etc. The main house, made up of a single floor, is supported by a significant basement topped with granite ashlars and is developed around a square-proportioned patio that overlooks the rooms of the house distributed in four different areas. The first, located on its west side, houses the main access gallery to the house, from which you can access the patio and the south wing, which distributes the area for the master bedroom, made up of the bedroom, a bathroom, an office and a living room. . From the same gallery there is also access to the north wing in which the rest of the house is distributed and in which the living room, three double bedrooms and one single, two full bathrooms, an office and the kitchen are integrated. Finally, in the east wing and with access from the garden or patio, there is a single space for the private chapel of the house. All the parts of the house are exterior with openings to the patio or the garden. Surrounding the east, south and west sides, a large garden terrace is developed on the basement of the house, which allows you to enjoy different orientations and a differentiated environment. The house has a constructed area of 360m2, THREE HUNDRED AND SIXTY square meters, with a 130m2 patio, a 330m2 terrace and 30m2 porches. The rest of the constructions of the complex correspond to: A complementary construction with the same typology as the main one, which is original from the time and is intended for housing for the guards and the service. A single plant with a rectangular geometry that is located in the southwest corner of the garden. The first of the houses for the guards consists of a dining room, kitchen, living room, three double bedrooms and a bathroom.
