The window frames have shutters and double-glazed windows with energy and acoustic cutting from 'Tecnal'. Doors, trims, and skirting boards are made of 'Kambala' wood.
The flooring throughout the entire area is radiant ceramic mosaic from 'Revigres' (it has a water heating system).
All the stonework is made of lioz stone from Sesimbra, including the pillars and the porch boundaries.
Wood paneling, kitchen, and bathrooms are covered with hand-painted tiles from the Santana factory (Sesimbra).
The entire house is surrounded by a 'passage' made of Portuguese pavement.
The porch floors are made of shiny ceramic tiles.
There is a garage for two cars, and two additional outdoor parking spaces.
The energy part is served by two solar panels, both for water heating and electricity generation, with the excess energy being injected into the national grid, providing added value.
The landscaped areas have automatic irrigation.
There is also the possibility of expanding the house and adding a second floor.
