It is a co-ownership of four members, each one has an independent deed of 25% of the house. It is worth mentioning that co-owners and in general all the owners of the other houses are very decent people, it is a family place and we all take care of good coexistence, the truth is pleasant and very safe for our families. Excellent property on two levels made up as follows: Ground Floor: with furnished living room and dining room (Dupuis) fireplace in the room heating fully equipped kitchen and in addition to this each one has a private cupboard (pantry) with key (oil salt sugar cereal pasta...) Laundry service with a full bathroom bunk. Upper Floor: Master bedroom with King size bed, bathroom with shower and tub, walking closet. Two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a King size bed and a loft with two single beds. They all have a TV and heating. In the same way, it has a closet with a key for personal things (clothes, shoes, bathroom items). Outside there is a power plant, since in the rainy season in Avándaro it is common for the power to suddenly go out. And a common cellar. We have a covered deck with tempered glass with an outdoor room (Dupui) dining room for 6 people, barbecue, ambient lighting and jacuzzi for 8 people with a view of the house's garden. Right in front of the house is the common pool with a platform even for small children. Next to it, a fireplace where at night we can roast chocolates and sausages right in the middle of the forest. We have divided the 13 weeks as follows: every 4 weeks we have a week in Avándaro and the last one can be Christmas, New Year, Holy Week or Easter week.
