The fourth house has an area of 75 square meters and is located at the top of the plot. It has a large yard, space and permission for a swimming pool, a square for a parking space and an unlimited view. It consists of a living room, an elevated bedroom, a renovated bathroom and a kitchen.
In addition, the property includes a 20,000 square meter plot with a helipad. Each property has parking spaces, air conditioning and oil central heating.
