On the upper floor, communicated with the lower one through a staircase, we find the fully equipped kitchen, integrated with the living room with fireplace and way to a terrace, family bathroom and a toilet. This terrace is also shared with the other two bedrooms.
In order to access the outdoor parking lot of the property, you would have to go up a somewhat steep slope (it is recommended to do it with a vehicle with a powerful engine). In this outdoor parking you can park about 3 cars. In addition, the villa has a covered garage for a small-medium size vehicle and space outside the property for one more vehicle.
We can enjoy pleasant evenings surrounded by the rocky nature where the building sits, the pool and the small garden with a large covered porch with outdoor furniture.
