Description
On the highest hill in Lisbon, in the heart of the charismatic and historic district of Graca, there is a investment building comprising 7 apartments, 5 T0 and 2 T0+1 apartments, renovated and furnished studios, all units have a balcony overlooking the the Tagus or Graca. The building was completely renovated and finished in 2021, with a project by the architect Pedro Carrilho, with safe, modern and cozy features inside. It kept the traditional Portuguese design on its main facade, being well inserted in the surrounding urban houses, in one of the historic areas of the city of Lisbon.
