We present some homes located on an 18th century building . They have a comprehensive renovation that preserves the original elements, to which are added those that provide greater comfort and a current design. This building is located in the Gothic neighbourhood , two blocks from the beach. It has a concierge service, spa with heated indoor pool, sauna, gym and everything you need to enjoy a temporary property in Barcelona. The minimum rental period is 1 month, which includes wifi, supplies and one weekly cleaning day.
Upon entering the property we see high ceilings that highlight the original beams and a large, open-plan space that characterizes all the homes on this building. In this case, we have two en-suite rooms with their own bathroom and a single room that leads to a private courtyard . The open kitchen is equipped with Miele appliances and all the necessary kitchenware, as well as a guest toilet.
Finally, in the living room , the Catalan vault, large windows, wooden furniture in light tones, microcement floors, high-quality elements and a general minimalist style that enhances the environment stand out.
