Valhome presents a unique possibility of acquiring the Mas Mitjà farmhouse, located in the historic center of Sant Andreu del Terri, 15 minutes from the center of the city of Girona.~~It is a country manor house, with its own direct access , next to a beautiful Romanesque bridge, in an idyllic setting, surrounded by nature. Its location offers excellent connections both by high-speed train and by motorway, being also 20 minutes from the airport. 30 or 40 minutes away we have beautiful beaches such as Empuriabrava, L'Escala, Platja d'Aro, Estartit, Lloret or Roses.~~The farmhouse consists of two main buildings, joined to form a single body, plus an outbuilding. The main building is formed by a construction of the s. XVI, to which a later extension of the s was annexed. Specifically, the entire structure and roofs of the main building have been renovated in 2008, remaining to restore three rooms on the ground floor. 90% of the reform required at the structural level is completed. All the reform carried out was carried out under a rural hotel project, so the distribution of the rooms and accesses are perfectly adjusted to the development of any activity related to tourist accommodation.~~When the rehabilitation and distribution of the space is finished, the farmhouse is cataloged and registered in the register of farmhouses of Catalonia. Therefore, all the modifications made comply with current legislation.~~Most of the ceilings on the ground and first floors are barrel and Catalan vaulted; the rest of the ceilings and decks are made of wooden beams using rakes and rakes, covered with Arabic tiles, all of them rehabilitated in 2008.~~The exterior walls are made of masonry with the windows framed with ashlar stone.~For its rehabilitation in In 2008, all the existing materials were reused, both masonry and roof racks, proceeding only to the replacement of beams and wooden elements given their poor condition.
