The house is located on a spacious plot in the first row to the crystal clear sea and has a beautiful view of the neighboring islands and the sunset.
It consists of three floors and all floors are connected by internal stairs.
In the BASEMENT there is a wine shop with a billiard table.
GROUND FLOOR consists of a spacious living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom with loggia and bathroom. The living room has direct access to the covered terrace with barbecue and dining area.
FIRST FLOOR consists of a master bedroom with bathroom and terrace and two more bedrooms and a bathroom.
In front of the house is a spacious terrace with jacuzzi and sunbathing area.
Behind the house is parking for several cars.
