The building, a former mountain inn with a guesthouse, is being completely gutted and renovated. Nine new apartments, ranging in living space from 40m² to 104m², are being created. The restaurant will be retained but reduced in size. A new tenant will spoil your holiday guests with culinary delights. The holiday apartment Top 07 is the largest unit in the house and consists of a large living-kitchen area, guest toilet, two spacious bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms with toilet, sink, vanity unit, LED mirror and walk-in rain shower, one of which is en-suite. One bathroom also offers the option of a private wellness area with, for example, an infrared cabin (not included in the purchase price). A spacious balcony provides a fantastic view and the option of a covered dining area. The apartment impresses with its high-quality furnishings and individual design options. A private cellar room rounds off the offer. The stated sales prices are net plus statutory VAT. VAT can be refunded through commercial use. All ancillary purchase costs are calculated from the gross purchase price (net purchase price plus VAT).
