All furniture and carpets are handcrafted from skilled workers trained in traditional Greek carpentry and textile.
As per the construction of the villa, only the best materials were used, including the (depleted now) famous Pelion Green Stone, which is the material from which the floor and some wall decorations are made of. The Pelion Stone has a distinct vivid greenish colour and is famous for its endurance and colorations.
In addition, a drainage system is surrounding the Villa, ensuring that a flood could never occur. The villa is protected with alarm system.
Outdoor facilities
There are many facilities located outdoors. First of all, there is a storehouse around 30m2 which is used for storing firewood and other utilities.
Also there are the big terraces that surround the kitchen, dining room and living room and bed rooms, with the kiosk and the sea-view.
Further there is a separated fenced area of around 300m2 with a build doghouse, designed to isolate a potential guard dog from the guests.
Near the house there is a traditional stone oven that uses firewood for cooking.
There is also an outdoor roofed parking that accommodates up to four SUV’s.
There is a pool in front of the kiosk which easily can be converted into swimming pool, (10,0m x 5,0m ) of about 210cbm capacity that currently has an easily removable concrete top.
The land offers the possibility to build a helipad as well as tennis court, basketball court etc.
In addition there is the possibility of building an extra 400m2 of residence in the land.
Finally the land is planted with magnificent trees inspired by the surrounding environment, designed to create a relaxing atmosphere for the guest.
