Villa Lisa is a modern property located in a very quiet residential area of Sant Amanç with sea views. It is located just 2 kilometers from the beach of Sant Feliu de Guíxols and a 15-minute car from the centre of Platja d'Aro, known for its shops and restaurants.

To enter the house we go up some stairs and arrive at a spacious, bright living-dining room with a fireplace and views of the sea. On the upper floor , there is the night area with three double bedrooms, one of them with a bathroom with a shower, as well as another bathroom with a shower to serve the rest. Finally, there is the master suite with its own bathroom with shower. All bedrooms enjoy views of the sea, as well as access to a very sunny terrace with panoramic views.
We go down to the semi- lower ground floor and access the very large garage with capacity for three cars, as well as the machine room of the house.
The house has a pool surrounded by a wooden deck, as well as a large terrace for sunbathing.
