Situated on the slopes of Vilariça, above the Ribeira Grande dam, with beautiful landscapes, it is 5 km from the Douro River. Blending tradition and modernity, the estate has enormous capacity for the production of table wine, Port wine, and olive oil, making it a high-potential and profitable investment, given the significant investments made in new vineyards and olive groves, as well as the construction of a new winery and olive press.
