It was built in an eclectic style and is decorated with special ornamental floral decorations. The base of the walls and the floor are made of marble and the rest of the wooden floor has historical significance. The building is located in a quiet area that will soon be converted into a pedestrian zone. It is adjacent to the city center and can be reached on foot without the need for transportation.
