The existing orchard has an area of 2 hectares, with around 70 fruit trees, including pear trees, plum trees, peach trees, persimmon trees, apricot trees, orange trees, almond trees, fig trees, lemon trees and loquat trees.
It is irrigated through an artesian well, built on the farm, through a drip irrigation system, with self-compensating drippers at a rate of approximately 3.5 L/H, with an annual rate of 1,500 m3/hectare/year. 90% of production is for sale on the local market.
Organic garden, with an area of 0.50 hectares, and was developed to produce vegetables also for local commerce, given the scarce supply of products, in this method of production, due to the large influx of tourists in the area. Production offers the following crops: Vegetables, Turnips, Lettuce, Sweet Potatoes, Garlic, White Onions, Red Onions, Leeks, Beets, Tomatoes, Carrots, Cabbages, Physalis, Strawberries.
It is in this context that the installation of an area of aromatic herbs is planned, namely mint, coriander, parsley, pennyroyal, river mint, and rosemary.
The forestry part of the farm is entirely dedicated to the production of cork and pine cones, with the undergrowth also used for grazing a cross-breed Ile-de-France sheep and ram, not for production, but which fit into the scenario.
