Back in time.... tired of the hectic life, the many appointments and obligations, how about retreating to the countryside with a good glass of wine, pleasant company under the Spanish sun in your original dream finca surrounded by its fields with its many fruit trees.
The route to the finca gently reveals a trip back in time. A little stone bridge, beautiful green fields and orchards with various fruits and fruits give the rural feeling which is distinct from the beaches, bays and the sea.
Once through the gate, the large finca comes into view and you are embraced by space. An open naya covers the full width of the finca. Here you can linger well, from sunrise to sunset, using the BBQ place, tables and chairs to be together with the whole family or all your friends, or just with all of them !
When you enter through one of the doors you step into the last century without feeling like you have to forgo luxury. Everywhere you look, you feel there is a story to go with it. All the walls and shelves harbour memories.
The spacious drawing room with fireplace is the central place from where you find an upstairs room and a ground-floor bedroom on the right. To the left is the spacious living kitchen.
To the left of the main entrance, there are stairs leading to a guest bathroom. Once upstairs, there are three spacious bedrooms, with air conditioning, and a shared bathroom. High sloping ceilings complete the rustic atmosphere.
On the property there is also a spacious barn where the fireplace, tables and chairs call for family parties and events. Moreover, there are other various barns and courtyards that can be put to great use as you see fit. Either harbouring the harvest of the many fruits, or an extra living space or bedroom, to give family or friends a place of their own.
You can make use of your own harvest and there is also the possibility of trading fruits and vegetables.
Where else can you walk over your own property these days and feel as free as a bird and at the same time enjoy the originality of this finca so intensely ?
