The Villa Ibera is a beautiful single-story villa, located in one of the most fashionable districts of the Ochre City.
An ultramodern facade of 90 m: the architectural bet was daring, but thriving. This property located just a stone's throw from the city cannot be summed up in this first sentence. It is the result of a long reflection that allowed the rigidity of a large concrete and glass rule to harmoniously coexist with the curves of a strategically hilly park. The work's creator wished to create two totally different spaces but with a common philosophy: well-being.
On the park side, an immense playful space, with a swimming pool and its integrated Jacuzzi, an aquatic bar highlighted by a colored sail, separates the three main suites, the large living rooms, the kitchen, and the plantations. On the courtyard side, three other rooms on the one hand, and a spa and a gym on the other, enclose a second swimming pool, this one heated.
