S'Arracó is a small charming village that attracts with its tranquility and hospitality all those who visit this small village of less than 1000 inhabitants.
S'Arracó preserves the charm of the typical houses of the inland villages, low and traditional, with a small orchard or garden. In this village there are also examples of stately architecture, such as the various Art Nouveau houses built with the money that the emigrants of S'Arracó sent to their families from France, most of which are located in the main street Carrer França.
Also worth mentioning is the building "ca ses Monges", the old school that now serves as a cultural center, and the three traditional cafes that are the meeting place for the inhabitants of the village. The most important building in s'Arracó is the church "Sant Crist", built in 1704 by Antonio Ferrandell Verí, who is considered the founder of the village. In its interior, the Baroque altarpiece dedicated to "Santo Cristo" (Holy Christ) and the altarpiece of the "Mare de Déu de la Trapa", an image that comes from the now disappeared monastery of the same name, are worthy of note. Also in s'Arracó there are some testimonies of the rural economy, such as the old estates "Son Guillem", "Son Joan", "Son Castell" and "Son Nadal", as well as the mills or water wheels that recall the agricultural past.
