We have for long term rent a villa in Costa Adeje Golf, sunset golf villas.
The villa is on one floor without stairs, front garden and large garden with terrace behind with easy access to the community pool.
It has two large bedrooms, an ensuite bathroom with bathtub and another with shower, bright living room, dining table and an interior patio, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave. Behind the kitchen we have a separate area for the washing machine and cleaning materials.
In front of the house there is a carport but it belongs to the house also a closed garage for two cars.
Sunset golf villas is a gated community with security gates and a very quiet community.
The house comes semi furnished. Solvent and long-term people.
