State and finishes
The renovation work, carried out with great care so as not to alter the original structure, was tailor-made by architect Maria Passarelli, as demonstrated by the tasteful finishes and the special cut given to the flat, which was intended to be a place of pleasure. But the detail that immediately catches the eye are the stone mosaic thresholds, chosen from Petra Antiqua's extensive catalogue, which mark the step between one room and another through the custom-made black iron doors, which seem to be hollowed out so thick are the walls. At the entrance, the Jensen armchair and Kirk coffee table, both designed by Rodolfo Dordoni for Minotti, welcome guests.
