Description
This estate located in the Evora region, in Alentejo, is made up of three areas of excellent olive groves with excellent quality olive production, totaling a global area of around 131 hectares of plantation in super-intensive and intensive modes. In addition to Olivais, a company specializing in the production and processing of olives, transferred free of burdens, responsibilities and charges, was also sold. The olive groves were planted taking into account the best varieties for the type of exploration intended, which aims to produce the highest quality olive oil. The varieties Frontoio, Coronequi and Cobrancosa stand out in intensive system plantations and the Coreana and Arbosana varieties in hedge systems. All properties have limestone soils and have sufficient water resources to meet their needs. Access is via national road or municipal roads, allowing access to any type of vehicle. A modern mill, from 2014, consisting of a Hiller line with a processing capacity of 40 tons/day and 110,000 liters of stainless steel storage capacity. The equipment is adequate to the needs, and consists of two 120 hp JD tractors, two shredders, two sprayers and other accessories.
