The Farm consists of several sections:

A panoramic restaurant, with a large dining room, with a minimum capacity for 60 well seated people and with plenty of space between the tables.
The dining room is all glassed in, with a clear view of the Serra da Estrela and of the Belmonte bridge that crosses the Zêzere River.
The whole room is ventilated and in the harsh winter days it is heated by a large wood burning stove.
It has a pantry room, with independent access to the outside and a fully equipped kitchen with professional and industrial equipment.
There is an entrance with a pleasant counter and an exhibition of our own olive oil with Kosher certificate.
Outside the restaurant there is a pleasant terrace and a barbecue area.
There is parking for dozens of cars.

On the continuation of the farm, we find a residential area for the employees and a building with changing rooms with a large room, which is currently being used for Reiki practice.
In this area, next to the river beach, a building with 10 rooms is under construction to accommodate those who wish to spend relaxed moments, away from the hustle and bustle of the big cities and with a private beach.

The river beach has a small stone bridge and a green area surrounding all the space along the banks.

Following the property, there is the main house and the olive oil mill.

The mill is fully equipped with Italian machines, considered the best in olive oil production, contributing to a premium olive oil recognized worldwide through the Kosher certificate.
To this end, the farm has an olive grove with about 3,000 olive trees, all treated and analyzed throughout the year, both in the soil and in the pre-harvest of olives, thereby achieving a quality oil with the high quality standards to be considered premium olive oil.

The main house is all walled to maintain privacy.

It is a villa with private and guest areas.

In the private area, there is a large suite, with direct access to the patio.

A large living room and a dining room with bar.

The living room and the kitchen have direct access to the lounge, fully glazed and which has the particularity of being open on hot summer days, right in front of the pool.
There is also a gym, a laundry room and a storage room that serves to store everything related to the surrounding area and the care of the pool.

The guest area has a small house with kitchen, bedroom and WC, facing the pool and has internal connection directly to the gym.

The other two guest houses have a bedroom, bathroom and wardrobe, with independent entrance and located in the patio area.

At the side of the villa there is a barbecue area, with a small shed.

In the area surrounding the housing part, there is a small private chapel.

The farm is in constant evolution, has 3 fixed employees, with housing.

For the maintenance of all this, there are two machines retro excavators, tractors, machine of cylinders to compact the road surrounding the property and a 4x4 vehicle, Mitsubishi brand of the year 2022. The same are not included in the price but have already assigned value.
