The villa, built at the end of the 19th century, is surrounded by a park of more than four hectares, lying on the eastern shore of Lake Annone: careful care by the current owner, has restored it to its former glory with its oak trees, magnolias, oak trees, cedars from Lebanon, beech trees, and the very rare taxodiums, with fairytale aerial roots. Already walking along the entrance avenue, in fact, approaching the villa and the lake, we seem to enter a magical and romantic atmosphere. Upon entering the villa, we realize that the wonderful view of the lake will be the protagonist, in every room: from the living rooms, to the dining room, to the bedrooms, to the large attic where the pool table is located, from every window or large window, there are unique and romantic views, on the very calm waters of Lake Annone. On the ground floor of the villa there is a first living room with a large functioning fireplace, a beautiful dining room, the large kitchen, a studio entirely built with beautiful paneling, a more cozy TV lounge, some service rooms and a first suite, with exit to the park and the lake. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, a splendid library and a sitting room, in addition to the three relevant bathrooms: both the beautiful terrace overlooking the park and the balconies pertaining to the rooms are very pleasant. On the top floor, in the attic, in addition to two bedrooms and a bathroom, there is space for the large recreation room with pool table, table tennis and table football. The villa, renovated by the current owner in the early 2000s, is in a good state of maintenance and is constantly lived by the property, as a second home.
