There is air conditioning throughout the property and solar panels for hot water. The construction of the house, completed in 2020, used modern technologies, such as light-gauge steel.
The property is ready to be used as a guest house, where you can use the entire building or rent the rooms in the front building and live in the back building.
This property is also ideal for attracting digital nomads, as there is space to create a coworking area.
