Cangas de Onis, for many, is the most coveted council in Asturias. Full of magic, worship, tourism and adventure, and full of the most emblematic hallmarks of all Asturians. What a natural wonder to be able to ascend to the Lakes of Covadonga, visit the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Covadonga, walk across the Roman Bridge and, why not, take the car and in 15 minutes enjoy the experience of lunch or dinner at Casa Marcial, one of the best restaurants in Spain. We are also talking about the Picos de Europa, endless mountains and lakes like Enol and Ercina, perhaps the most magical in the entire Cantabrian mountain range. Miyar is a small town in this council where fiber optics already arrive, and if we look around it turns out to be quite a contrast, to see such a green and evocative landscape so connected to the 'real' world of hyper-connectivity. When we enter the town along a well-kept road with a slight slope, we do not imagine all the beauty that we are about to discover. This 300 m2 stone house was built years ago, and rehabilitated in the 90s by two Asturian dreamers, who found the typical Asturian stone house attached to their block to raise again the tradition of centuries with the best materials and the most elegant and careful chestnut wood. But it is not until only about 4 years ago that the project has been carried out to give its 3000 m2 plot full utility with a large breakwater, and providing all the luxury with a 4x10 pool with its separate machine room, and a large triple garage with two automatic gates and one manual, which, as if that were not enough, is further completed with another parking area for another 4 vehicles next to the east entrance of the house. The first floor has 4 double bedrooms with wardrobes, one of them en suite, and another full bathroom with a bathtub in front of another of the jewels of the house. A glazed gallery where all the wood shines and where its South orientation makes it an ideal place for reading. 3 bedrooms have a balcony, and the fourth has access to the gallery and also large windows. If we go up to the top floor, we will discover the perfect corner to work, the children's play room, or the best place to bring many and many guests to family parties, since we have several built-in beds and wardrobes so that no one stays without bedding or place to store clothes and others. We have a leisure space with TV, a work space, and a bathroom to complete the stay with everything you need. Although just enjoying the beautiful wooden structure of the roof is all worth it.
