The central part, structured on two levels, offers on the ground floor a large room with fireplace, a welcoming traditional kitchen with access to the loggia, as well as a large pantry and a courtesy bathroom; on the back there is the laundry room.
The sleeping area is located on the first floor with 3 large bedrooms and two bathrooms with a view of the splendid surrounding countryside.
The guest houses each have two bedrooms and living areas with kitchenette, both very welcoming and with a panoramic view of the large park and the swimming pool.
Still in the park, well-kept and flat for the most part, there is also a vegetable garden, as well as an olive grove with 600 trees in full 5 minutes by car and the whole property enjoys great privacy.
