On the ground floor, you'll find a large dining room with an open-plan kitchen superbly equipped (including a Lacanche stove), a living room with two large, plush sofas, a bench with cushions, and a large-screen TV, a bathroom (stone sink, walk-in shower, separate toilet, washing machine), a master bedroom (160 cm bed) linked to a children's room (90 cm trundle beds). Upstairs, a spacious landing leads to another lounge with a sofa, pool table, chessboard, small TV, a bedroom (160 cm bed) with a private bathroom (walk-in shower, double sink, toilet), and two other bedrooms sharing the family bathroom (walk-in shower, double sink, toilet)one bedroom has a 160 cm bed, the other offers either two 90 cm beds or one 180 cm bed.
In front of the farmhouse, there are two shaded terraces under pergolasone with outdoor seating, the other with a dining table and a large plancha grill. The fenced 1000 m plot includes a covered terrace housing another outdoor lounge, a storage room with a second refrigerator, a ping-pong table, extra armchairs, a garage for cars or motorcycles, and a beautiful heated 10 x 5 m pool protected by an underwater alarm, featuring a shallow wading area for little ones and sun loungers for ultimate relaxation.
Air conditioning in the ground floor reception rooms keeps the downstairs bedroom cool. Upstairs, the game room's air conditioner cools the bedrooms. A baby crib is available.
