Located within walking distance of the center of Eygalières, this contemporary 200 m² farmhouse, fully air-conditioned, is the perfect place for a family or friends' holiday:
On the ground floor, guest toilets, a first double bedroom with a shower and vanity unit, a large living room with a table for 10 people and two sofas facing the fireplace and TV, a semi-open, fully equipped kitchen (3-burner gas hob plus 1 electric plate, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and pod coffee machines, etc.), a laundry room with a large American-style fridge, washing machine and dryer, and a master suite with a walk-in closet and bathroom (Italian shower, double sink, toilet).
Upstairs, a double bedroom, a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), and two other double bedrooms sharing a family bathroom (Italian shower, vanity unit and toilet).
Outside, the heated 11 x 4 m pool is secured by an automatic cover. Large terraces surround it, a pergola provides shade, and a spacious covered terrace houses the summer kitchen/dining area with a sink, fridge, gas barbecue, tables and chairs. At the end of the day, the pétanque court brings everyone together for some lively games while the supporters sip local rosé. The grills, scented with thyme and rosemary picked from the scrubland, give off delicious aromas. The Alpilles in the background take on warm hues, the persistent cicadas keep singing well after sunset, it's time to look up at the twinkling stars and sigh with contentment: you are truly in a wonderful place...
Table linen, bed linen, and towels as well as pool towels are provided for the duration of your stay. WiFi included via fiber.
End-of-stay cleaning fee: EUR 200 payable on arrival.
