On the ground floor is a bright living room with fireplace, a kitchen, a laundry, a garage. Both living-room and kitchen open to the south terrace partly shaded by a pergola, the south garden and the swimming-pool. Upstairs are the main bedroom with en suite shower room, one bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds, a shower room and a toilet. Table and chairs with BBQ under the pergola for outdoor meals, sun loungers and umbrellas around the 10 x 5 m swimming pool secured by alarm.
