Description
The area cuts across Gipóia Island, located between two coastlines each 90 meters long, on one side and the other of the island. Located between Saco da Armação and Jurubaíba Beach, it has clean and crystal clear water. Within the area, there are two usable springs. Excellent for implementing Hotels, Inns or other tourist complexes, as the land occupancy rate is 10% (ten percent) for buildings. One of the closest islands to the mainland, with easy, quick access and calm seas.
