The sea water in this cove is transparent, very clean and the reflection of the surrounding Atlantic forest produces a green and blue reflection in the sea, leaving nothing like any part of the Caribbean Sea! It is an exterior-facing house, therefore ideal for practicing water sports (diving, fishing, swimming, water skiing, rowing, sailing, etc.) it has a deck over the sea ideal for sunbathing, resting, listening to music, dancing, having drinks, as if they were on the bow of a boat. Nature is exuberant with multiple species of beautiful birds that are used to eating papaya leftovers, tamarins, as well as marine species: turtles, stingrays and, occasionally, dolphins. It also has a mezzanine with two masonry sofas the size of a single bed. The house has 3 bedrooms, including 1 suite complete with closet. The 3 bedrooms have doors that lead directly onto the rock/coast and the sea. In addition to the suite bathroom, there are two other bathrooms, one complete with shower and another toilet. Climbing a staircase with six steps you reach an arbor, a place that unites everyone. A rustic table that was originally a watermill wheel that can seat up to 12 people. Climbing even further, you reach a stone staircase with around 10 steps and from there a gentle climb with sleeper steps embedded in the grass leads to the Second House which has the best view of the cove as it is high up. Being more collected, this house allows you to have a greater feeling of tranquility. It is a more “contemplative” house with unique beauty for those who love nature and the sea: it is indescribable! This house has an excellent balcony/deck with a view, a living room integrated with a pantry/kitchen, a large suite with a king bed and an incredible “club” bathroom with dry sauna, shower and deck that opens onto an internal garden. Beside this house is the caretakers' house, which gives access to the aforementioned trails. Behind the house there is a long staircase (more than 30 steps) that gives access to the boat garage, which can also be accessed from the lower part of the land next to the “living” deck. The water heating system is by electric boiler; there is 1 boiler for each house. The houses have a 25 KVA generator that guarantees plenty of energy in times of blackouts. The view is panoramic, the neighbors have a similar economic standard, it is not a passage or a boat route.
