The detached villa is located in the Plan-Val Gardena region and is just a 5-minute walk from the ski slopes. The Plan area is well connected to the village center and Plan de Gralba and offers convenient bus and ski bus connections. It is an ideal starting point for mountain hikes in summer and for the famous Sellaronda in winter. The villa is surrounded by lush greenery and consists of a multi-storey apartment, a covered terrace, a large garden and a separate studio.
The chalet has a spacious living area with access to the sunny garden. An eat-in kitchen offers direct access to the terrace. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms on the upper floor. In the basement there are three cellars and a boiler room. There is the possibility of extending the building to a total of 815 m3.
