Available from May 2024 on a seasonal basis, minimum 4 months. ~Enjoy the coldest months of the year in a house next to the beach, where the views and the smell of the sea reach every corner. ~The house is located in a quiet street between Playa del Inglés and San Agustín and in a very quiet complex with few neighbours and green spaces. Entering the house we walk past a toilet until we reach the kitchen area which separates the living room with a breakfast bar. This living room looks directly onto the beach promenade and there is a small terrace where you can eat and enjoy the views and the weather. ~Up the stairs we come to the master bedroom which also faces the sea and is fully equipped. There is a large bathroom next to the master bedroom with shower, glass, wash hand basin and plenty of space. One floor up there is another room which also serves as an office. This room leads out onto a terrace from where you can see the dunes of Maspalomas and where there is also a laundry room. ~~The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay: it has air conditioning, dishwasher, oven, internet, alarm... ~~It is rented on a seasonal basis and the price includes water, electricity and electricity costs with a ceiling.
