This beautiful traditional Mallorcan house, is located in the center of town, very close to the parish church, it was restored a few years ago and you can enter to live if you do not want to make more changes, the house consists of 2 floors, on the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, this fireplace is connected to 4 rooms of the house, The living room communicates with a room with bathroom and with the dining room, followed by the traditional kitchen but with all the necessary modernities. On the ground floor there is also a terrace with a porch.
The second floor consists of a space that can be given different uses, at this moment it is as an office, there is also a large bedroom with bathroom en suite, the bathroom has underfloor heating and a terrace overlooking the patio.
On the roof there is a terrace with spectacular views of the church and other parts of the village.
