The municipality of Primošten was founded in 1993, and its development began as early as 1960. when students from Zagreb (from the Observatory) and Esperantists discover Primošten. Primošten is becoming one of the most beautiful summer resorts on the Adriatic. In addition to numerous well-known and popular tourist destinations, such as Zadar, Split, Pula and Dubrovnik, the picturesque town of Primošten really stands out for its characteristic peninsula and its position in central Dalmatia. Despite its small size, Primošten is truly a real pearl of the Adriatic in Croatia and offers some interesting sights, beautiful pebble beaches and a fairy-tale environment decorated with world-famous vineyards.
