Monticello Villa with Pool Built in 2020, the villa welcomes you to the heights of Ile-Rousse. It has two terraces with exceptional views of the islands and the Pietra lighthouse: a huge terrace with a summer kitchen, plancha, dining table, and outdoor lounge, and a second terrace where you can enjoy a heated infinity pool with sea views, deckchairs, and summer lounge. For those who enjoy the game, there is also a pétanque court on site. The villa has four double bedrooms spread over two floors and can accommodate up to eight people. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, and a dressing room (with a safe). In three of the four bedrooms, you can request to separate the beds into twin beds. You will have a 110 m² kitchen-living-dining area with a modern and cozy design. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. On the lower floor you will find a storage room containing a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board, and high chairs for children. It also has a gym with a treadmill, a bike, an elliptical trainer, and a flat screen TV for entertainment during exercise. The villa is located a 3-minute drive from the city center and the beach of Ile-Rousse, 25 minutes from Calvi, 45 minutes from Saint-Florent, and 1 hour from Bastia. Free private parking is available on site. End-of-stay cleaning is included. Linens are included. Pool maintenance is included. Housekeeping during the stay is included. A 2.5-hour mid-stay refresh of the villa will be carried out for a one-week rental. Change of sheets and towels as well as a cleaning of the villa will be carried out for a two-week rental.
